For today's blogpost I thought I would do a bit of a Throw Back Thursday mixed with a Pinspired. Two for the price of one ya'll!
As some of you may remember, last Spring we had the great pleasure of being featured in the Better Homes and Gardens DIY issue showcasing one of our vinyl decals being used on a staircase.
Looking back on this picture has reminded me of just how much I love Vinyl on staircases. It's such a cute and unique way to add a little extra dash of cuteness to your home. Here are a few photo's of some of my personal favorite uses of Vinyl on stairs.
Today we are bringing you a free giveaway to help kick off your hopefully fantastic weekend. The photo below is an 11x14 gloss print that would be absolutely perfect for any horse lover out there, so make sure to grab a copy while you can!
For today's Style Guide I thought I would switch things up a bit by doing a look for all us ladies out there. You have my permission to be overly excited :)
Now when it comes to my personal style comfy and cute are my two favorite words. While some may disagree, I am a firm believer that one does not have to sacrifice comfort and practicality in order to look pretty darn snazzy.
Case in point, today's Style Guide.
P.S. Just so you know, I have a small obsession with Oxfords... You may be seeing a lot of them in the future.
I don't know if you guys know this about me, but I am obsessed with the color blue. Bright blue, baby blue, aqua blue, I love it all. However, I think my absolute favorite shade of blue would have to be navy, especially when it is paired with black and white.
There is just something so classy and chic about that color scheme that I especially love. Here is a look at how I would style our Striped Black and White Dress.
For todays post I thought I would do something a bit different and give you all a little look behind the scenes of my Home Decor life. Now as those of you who've gone to college or have lived in an apartment will know, when it comes to decorating your home you are very limited to your options. This is especially true if you're wanting to add a little color to the mix.
While embracing the bland life that some apartments try to talk you into might be easier (and slightly less expensive) color is necessary and an essential part to ones happiness. Or at least mine.
Knowing that I wanted to add some more color and life to my humble abode, and, that I didn't have the option to paint or do crazy things like that, I had to get a little creative with the ways I chose to pull in my colors. After spending millions of hours on Pinterest, and raiding the paint chip aisle at walmart for color schemes, I finally came up with some ideas that I think came together pretty nicely.
When the new year comes and Spring starts to waltz back into my life, I always, without fail, feel the need to add bright colored things into the daily mix. Whether it be through clothing, decor, or even a cute nail polish, bright colors are just necessary to welcoming in the spring. Here is a look at how I would style a brightly colored nursery using our Large Stars Vinyl.
Can I just say how much I love children's clothes? I can't even begin to tell you how many times I have walked by the kids section and found myself saying, "Why don't they have that in my size!" Kids clothes are just the cutest. Case in point, today's style guide. One day I am going to have a little girl and she is going to wear the cutest dang clothes you've ever seen. Just you wait...
Hello everyone! And welcome to today's episode of "Style Guide's With Rachel"
or, "Virtual Makeovers With Miss B" I'm still working on it, but thats what I would call it if TLC ever caught wind.
Today I am going to show you guys a slightly more modern and industrial way to style one of our vinyl wall decals, Winter Trees. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I personally love the industrial look. There is just something so clean and crisp about it that I find immensly appealing.
Here is a look at how I would style this particular piece.
